So obviously, we may regret that Starfox 64 3D is a 3D adaptation of Starfox 64 sold in 1997 for Nintendo 64. However, there are some notable additions that will make the title a truly unique episode. Graphically first, the ensemble has been revised upwards. Textures are necessarily less fuzzy and more refined. The environments are gaining a bit of detail as well. It is noticeable without being overwhelming, Starfox 64 3D remainder composed of very few polygons. We also find some new side of the display in relief, with a 3D offering more depth. In terms of gameplay, players will now have two options : fly through the Control Stick or by tilting the device, using the gyroscopic function of 3DS.
